Kid Lib is one of the few jungle artists out there I actually enjoy listening to. I appreciate his approach to making music, especially his use of original hardware that was used to create jungle music back in the 90s. This immediately imparts his tracks with the textures I love, making them stand out from the crowd. I feel fortunate to have released a 12" on his "Biodrome" label. Green Bay Wax had a vinyl release (GBW004) that included bonus samples for his "Original Roughneck" track. I used this as an opportunity to remix it and ended up with two remixes. I refer to them as bootleg remixes because they're not official. I had these just sitting in my hard drive vault for at least a couple of years, so I decided to share them with the world instead of hiding them forever. Enjoy! Free download.
